The dogs are great but the pay and the hours and the owner of my camp are all awful. Very toxic work environment. The only thing that makes the job bearable are the doggies i love like my own.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the doggies that i love and care about so much.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Nobody communicates and people dont pull their weight. We are also understaffed and underpaid.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick. He didnt ask hard questions so it wasnt a lot of pressure.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The only positive thing about the culture and environment at camp is the dogs. Thats it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The owner of my camo is very childish and doesn't know how to be a leader. I dont feel like i can come to him for anything without him being rude or passive aggressive to me. Communication is terrible and i never feel appreciated.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued cause i work so hard there and im still forced to work all closes making eleven dollars an hour. I never get told im doing a good job and my boss only complains about everything and nothing is ever good enough for him even though he does nothing to help out. And the pay is awful.
