Dogs are fantastic to work with. Managment is dysfunctional and a whole lot of favoritism going on. When management invites half the coworkers to their home, and ignores the other half of the coworkers, there's a problem. Can't recommend.

Working with the dogs each shift.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Management needs to step up and take action. Turnover rate is far too high with morale in the toilet. Care about the people who work there, support them and encourage them.
