We have been short staffed this entire year, and we have managed somehow every time. Due to it being short staffed I would have to go earlier and do more so things would get done & it run smoothly. I decided to take a vacation with family due to it being our last for a minute. and I get fired for it

the management. hire actual managers. people who have managed a business & hire people.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
we all communicated really well. it was mostly the lobby staff that wouldn’t communicate or be clear with the parent
