Good company. Strong union is needed. Because company usually acts like it wants to get you. The supervisors always say watch your back. They are supposed to watch your back.

They watch our back. Help each other and provide guidance
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Its relative. We do the grunt work. The executives and upper management get big paychecks and huge bonuses. We dont get bonus. Highest injury rates in the economy and too few sick days
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Care about bonuses only. Dont care about workers who got out in rain, storm, ice and snow. Always says safety first. But then you have to finish this. Go work in the dark, in the icy and wet conditions. And always watch your back
