Genuinely positive? The EDI element is strong and the personnel who run it, belive in it. Note: senior management isn't involved. They'd sour it.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Nothing unusual. Interviewers don't know what they want. They'll grasp any shiny bauble no matter how toxic.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
No one cares what CWG does, and it leads by no example. It's an expensive landlord that no one looks up to. That's it. Expand, get dynamic, stop with the stupid decisions and hires.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Weed out the deadwood, the lifers, the pedants and the point scorers. That's about 40% of the headcount. Replace the CEO, he's useless - no imagination, no leadership, no verve.
