What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Having clear plans. Not fostering a culture of white male arrogance

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company keeps acquiring companies and then letting it turn into a mess. Get it together.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Less hierarchy. Less hubris. The people driving are sales, and they are unqualified to be the arbiters of what is delivered to clients.

What are some of the best things about your team?

People are nice and trying to do their best in a company culture that is arrogant and trying to thwart any quality of work.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Compensation is not applied fairly across genders. Leveling is not applied fairly across employees of all genders colors types. The organization does not pay competitively, even compared to other consulting peers.
