What do you like best about the leadership team?
Generally good - working to improve business and invest in team
opportunities provided and growth guaranteed
Their knowledge and that is it.
they are focussed at people development and communicate of the progress with the team on regular basis

They need to - allow remote work where possible based on employees' performance - invest in training and mentorship - improve pay of employees
Yes it needs a better management
Communicating at all to me and what i need to be doing in order to move upwards
there is no real leadership at Capgemini Tunisia, no one care about your progress

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are excellent and exceed expectations
The training options are excellent , I think this is something that the leadership would do well to take advantage of.

No project opportunities for new joiners.
Salary structure, less paid leaves
If my pay would be raised to market standards
Compensation decisions are often frequently delayed, and very unequal, even within the same area. Rationale for compensation is not provided. Raises do not keep up with inflation.
I would like to see an increase in the percentage contributed to our 401Ks.

Whilst my coworkers are similarily ovetworked and stressed they are effecient. Unfortunately there is zero teamwork.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
people need to be empowered to do their jobs, if they don't get help from their managers there needs to be options for them to take. Their managers shouldn't be the ultimate place for them to go to seek help to do their jobs properly.

Treat each other with respect. Anyone below a VP is treated like they are sub human.
all consultants want to leave the company and seems not happy there

It was quick, interview for me personally was done within a week including negotiations

the decision making processes needs to be expidited, and the candidate needs to be informed of the process at each step. I had four interviews over close to 8 weeks
