- What would you improve about your company's interview process?the decision making processes needs to be expidited, and the candidate needs to be informed of the process at each step. I had four interviews over close to 8 weeks

- What needs to change to make the company culture better?people need to be empowered to do their jobs, if they don't get help from their managers there needs to be options for them to take. Their managers shouldn't be the ultimate place for them to go to seek help to do their jobs properly.
