5% raise after a year isnt even inflation, Cap is stingy with pay but is a great entry point. At least match inflation

New hires are paid much higher compared to promoting within the company

There is a pay difference parity between two individuals working on same role and / or rank in the company

Salary should be increased more I believe compare to other companies

Services offered by the company is not good for experience holders

There is no Salary increment process in the company,

Compensation and Benefits is not attractive, Variable Pay is paid once in a year which is bad

Appraisals are not at all good. New hires even non technical are paid more then technical leads

Incompetent nepotistic hiring (cousins, girlfriends, patronage hires) devalue the efforts of those of us who work hard and strive for excellence. The iGate acquisition heightened that ; Politically connected people from India hiring their friends and relatives. Salaries are lower than competition.
