5% raise after a year isnt even inflation, Cap is stingy with pay but is a great entry point. At least match inflation

Incompetent nepotistic hiring (cousins, girlfriends, patronage hires) devalue the efforts of those of us who work hard and strive for excellence. The iGate acquisition heightened that ; Politically connected people from India hiring their friends and relatives. Salaries are lower than competition.
