It was a phone interview with people who would be my daily colleagues. We have switched to virtual now, which makes it easier to connect.
it sounds informal, even if I think that they could be much more honest on promotion and level expectations

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
the decision making processes needs to be expidited, and the candidate needs to be informed of the process at each step. I had four interviews over close to 8 weeks

Quality Q's should be asked
they lie about the benefits and compensation and don't deliver
