
The training options are excellent , I think this is something that the leadership would do well to take advantage of.
the decision making processes needs to be expidited, and the candidate needs to be informed of the process at each step. I had four interviews over close to 8 weeks
people need to be empowered to do their jobs, if they don't get help from their managers there needs to be options for them to take. Their managers shouldn't be the ultimate place for them to go to seek help to do their jobs properly.
