Overall i would say CARFAX is a great company to work for. By and large they are successful and engaging. Fortunately/Unfortunately, they are a growing company, and change is constant but also not embraced by all team members.

What can this brand most improve?

It is difficult to navigate purchasing cars as a female. My purchasing power was not taken seriously. That was my experience with Carfax. Your website is not updated quickly enough. I tried to buy 10 cars...they were all listed as pending purchase. I gave up and bought elsewhere.
