Out boss acts like they are in high school and bully's people. Especially people with mental disabilities that work for us. They act like a child and should not be allowed to be a manager. Also, our tips leave the building to be split by 7 other people and sometimes we dont get them for 1 week.

Teamwork having a boss with leadership mentality.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting my orginal boss and connecting with her. She was amazing and went over and beyond to help anyone who wss struggling.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Helping someone who are struggling and doing several things at once while your boss sits in back either on her phone or talking badly about other employees with other coworkers. This is unacceptable and I've never seen a boss have rhis poor of leadership.
