What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We keep the quality of our product at the forefront. Everyone shows integrity day to day and we all work together to provide the best product for our patients
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I work in a salaried position, but I work 15-20 hours of overtime weekly. Sometimes it feels like I should do less, but I care about the success of my team and the treatment of patients.
