Catalent has an amazing impact on the community and patients. It is a fast-paced environment with challenges, but middle management is not always the most supportive of their employees. What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The environment I currently work in can be very negative. I often have coworkers come to me who are very emotional after leadership has poorly addressed an issue with them. Since there are rarely conference rooms available, confrontational conversations are often had in the middle of the cubicles.
