What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Tell the firm's owner, CAZ, to stop asking inappropriate questions regarding personal matters. CAZ consistently crosses the line for his demeanor toward his employees and candidates. He is lucky he has not been sued.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The firm pushes poor investments that are consistent losers. They don't truly care about the outcome of their investor's capital. They can improve by recognizing they are not stock pickers or hedge-fund managers. Keep things simple.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Outside of dealing with CAZ (the firm's owner), the co-workers actually work well together. CAZ, the firm's owner, brings large negativity to all meetings when they don't need to be. He is the definition of not being a team-player.
