We are dedicated and believe in our mission. Why else would we continue working for such poor compensation.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Incentive Program ties chunk of compensation to performance as it should be.

What would you most like to see improved at your company?

Our tech dept makes bad decisions bc they don’t trust product.

What makes you most happy at work?

The people I work with and the work that I do.

Operating from a place of truth and honesty. Reality.
