What do you like best about the leadership team?

They are good listeners abd i kniw many things sre beyond their control.

Their honesty and efforts to keep everyone informed.

They do an excellent job of doing what's best for the business AND what's best for employees. They've done an excellent job doing of being competitive and profitable in a tough, constantly evolving industry and through challenging times. Fully supporting of employees going virtual-first.

They are in touch with the employees; not some distant group who never interacts

Principled, strategic, and transparent leadership.

Regional leadership team is supportive and tries to be as transparent as possible. National leadership team lacks transparency and feels out of touch with field employees.

I like the family feel we have here. Everyone around me has been here for 15+ years and I think that really speaks to the management.

Very open and approachable. Normal people but with exceptional vision and skills trying to move the company forward.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

executing strong ideas; creating revenue growth

Don't make so many poorly informed decisions without involving the folks that really understand the business and get the work done.

It seems much of the decision is top down with very little consultation with the internal members of teams. I have seen 6 major reorgs in my my 6 years with the company, many of which did not pan out as expected and resulted in walking back of changes.

Operating from a place of truth and honesty. Reality.

Communicating clearly and directly to employees without pretense. They need to drop their flair for propaganda and be more direct and open.
