What did you like most about the interview process?
Great to meet future coworkers
Getting to meet so many members of the team. Through the various rounds of the process I got to meet and interview with a recruiter, my hiring manager, my next-level manager, and the leader of an adjacent team. They all offered their own perspectives on the role and its impact for the team.
Meeting with a variety of people
Each person on the interview team exhibited a clear understanding of company strategy, and an appreciation for the strong company culture.
Meeting with potential team members and completing / presenting a protect that was similar to what I would be doing out in the field if hired.
The interview process here is typical for publishing, but much more demanding than that of other industries. Expect lots of research and "homework" to be thrown at you during your interview process!
