Alot of policies are unfair and management dosent follow their own policies anyways. Particularly the policies regarding overtime. I have been an employee of the Jackson Michigan plant for 8 years.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Creating fair policies and then actually following the policies they created.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Friendly coworkers but I can't say the same about management they act like they don't care
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not a whole lot of good about it. I have been here 8 years and there are people who have been here 2 years that make more per hour than me.
