What do you like best about the leadership team?
Seems like they try their best, but once everyone is on the floor, all that "try" gets lost to the day to day, and they don't pay attention or choose not towhat's going on.

They encourage teams to work together to solve problems and promote individual excellence.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
People work to live first and be proud of what they do second. If you are unwilling to pay wages to let people live in the area they work in, they will not do anything to excel and will continue leaving as soon as they find a place that will pay enough.
Stop favoritism, giving extra work that should have been done previously that day by day shift and not by line mechanics, hiring unqualified individuals,make better work environment for peers,take responsibility
Help the people not lock there doors
Creating fair policies and then actually following the policies they created.
Creating an appropriate culture. Behaving badly is acceptable because the current CEO acts inappropriately.
Knowing and being qualified in their roles at the bucanan facility.
Making everyone the same with same rules
Identifying and retaining talent. Innovation. Too many promotions go to people because they are French. Americans dont get promoted they hire people for positions.
