Seems like they try their best, but once everyone is on the floor, all that "try" gets lost to the day to day, and they don't pay attention or choose not towhat's going on.
Their awesome to work with
They encourage teams to work together to solve problems and promote individual excellence.
People work to live first and be proud of what they do second. If you are unwilling to pay wages to let people live in the area they work in, they will not do anything to excel and will continue leaving as soon as they find a place that will pay enough.
Stop favoritism, giving extra work that should have been done previously that day by day shift and not by line mechanics, hiring unqualified individuals, make better work environment for peers, take responsibility
Help the people not lock there doors
Creating fair policies and then actually following the policies they created.
Creating an appropriate culture. Behaving badly is acceptable because the current CEO acts inappropriately.
The option of what we make is up to us
Health care and pay is good
Good bonus structure and insurance day 1
Not a whole lot of good about it. I have been here 8 years and there are people who have been here 2 years that make more per hour than me.
We worke in very unhealthy environment, inhaling asphalt fumes, silica dust, and fiberglass the insurance is a joke if we end up with health issues in regards to that environment
Employee that made so many time should be punished. Employee work well need to be rewarded
Better benefits and retirement after 30yrs
More pay for the area that we are in, and not based on the other plants, we don't live close to the other plants, we shouldn't get payed like the other plants, more options where live
Compensation was 15% lower than other companies in area. Very weak 401k match
Sometimes team work and cooperation
Everybody knows how to work together
Communication is big where we at
Friendly coworkers but I can't say the same about management they act like they don't care
Great people on the plant level. Management was a different story.
Motivation and goals, progress on skills.
Too many meetings among my peers. Need to be on floor more
Morale is very very bad
The employees are pleasant .
It teaches you how to endure never ending meetings
New leadership that actually cares about the peers and strives to make it a better working environment
New managers who do and know their roles
Give people room to grow. Keep your promises. Stop firing good people for short term gains on the bottom line only to hire for the same position 6 months later
People need to act instead of just talking about acting. We have great potential even with several setbacks. Management has tried to change the culture unsuccessfully over the past couple of years. We need to be an action plant that see failures as moments for growth and restructure.
Invest in employee development and training. Change upper management
It was short and sweet
The interviewer was good to talk to
Company recruiter was nice. Promises made by plant manager were all lies though.
There was a great deal of time spent on discussing advancements and personal growth. It seemed as though the company would care more about keeping employees and offering them opportunities to develop and become better employees.
They are slow to react, too many interviews.
A simple test. Math and comprehension. They hire only the people referred by other salary people. Which in turn leads to favortism and no accountabilty
Clocking out for the night and breaks.
The regular people i work with
Going home at the end of the day
Interacting with the coworkers that I consider to be my friends.
Favoritism and discrimination, it needs to be fair across the board
New managers. New supervisors. Care about safety and the people
No innovation; the company is now playing catch up with competitors when they used to lead.
The company is no longer leading and developing new opportunities. They are always none step behind the competition
