I just resigned from a maintenance position in Oxford,NC..the working conditions are terrible if you are not from the same area as the location of this facility. Favoritism and family are who run the department the way they want to and hire who they want to, leadership undermines company policy.

Favoritism and discrimination, it needs to be fair across the board

New leadership that actually cares about the peers and strives to make it a better working environment
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We worke in very unhealthy environment,inhaling asphalt fumes,silica dust,and fiberglass the insurance is a joke if we end up with health issues in regards to that environment
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop favoritism, giving extra work that should have been done previously that day by day shift and not by line mechanics, hiring unqualified individuals,make better work environment for peers,take responsibility
