What makes you most happy at work?

Interacting with the coworkers that I consider to be my friends.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

They encourage teams to work together to solve problems and promote individual excellence.

What did you like most about the interview process?

There was a great deal of time spent on discussing advancements and personal growth. It seemed as though the company would care more about keeping employees and offering them opportunities to develop and become better employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

People need to act instead of just talking about acting. We have great potential even with several setbacks. Management has tried to change the culture unsuccessfully over the past couple of years. We need to be an action plant that see failures as moments for growth and restructure.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

My direct manager is the only individual who knows exactly what I do around and expresses appreciation for my hard work. Others say good job without knowing what I actually have done. I feel as though my efforts to improve our plant are in vain and I would feel fairly compensated if they weren't.
