I have been at Chartspan almost a year now. I have been in two different departments and cannot say enough about what this company is doing for healthcare. It has been an amazing experience . I will say don't expect not to work hard but the work will be recognized.
What makes you most happy at work?
New projects constantly and always getting to collaborate with new departments to get to one goal in the end, helping our patients!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The benefits package is definitely amazing. The healthcare package is great but the best part for me is the unlimited time off and flexible schedules as long as you can get your work done.
What are some of the best things about your team?
This team defines the work hard, play hard environment. The entire team works until the job gets done but always knows when to take a break and refresh from the daily grind.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Ease of scheduling. Interviews with both HR and direct supervisors. I was able to get an inside look at what I would be doing through the interview process which is always nice before going in.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team at Chartspan is one of the most hardworking groups around. This group epitomizes the word team! I have never worked at a company with so much collaboration where everyone is working together on a daily basis. Everyone on this team is approachable, hardworking, and has fun.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR events are always going on. This is the first company that I've worked at that truly cares for all their employees from top to bottom. Again ,the work hard//play hard mentality runs rampant and it is evident throughout the company!
