We are still small enough that we have daily interaction with the top execs. They are always available if you need them.

There's automatically insurance that you get just for being employed and options for 401(k)

The insurance is amazing for very low cost!

Unlimited PTO for salary employees

The overall salary is very competitive and the insurance is better here than other places I have worked. There are lots of bonus opportunities on the Corporate side. The 401k is not matched, so that would be the only downside.

I believe the job of a Health Coach is one that would warrant an increase in pay. It is a hard job, physically and mentally and to be compensated better would go a long way for morale.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

Its an open door policy (so to speak, its remote). Ive never felt worried about asking a question.

Even after moving to a remote workforce, we still truly enjoy collaborating with each other. Jon-Michial our CEO has done a great job of developing a culture of resiliency, candor and innovation.

The CEo ensures that we have an inclusive and comfortable culture. The environment is not stuffy or overly serious.

I feel that the company recognizes that being a health coach is a hard job so they try to do fun things at month end and encourage everyone to get involved.

It didn't feel sterile and awkward like interviews I have had in the past.

It was a great balance of things to learn about the company and how I would fit in.

You have the opportunity to speak with different employees at ChartSpan throughout the interview process. You are typically tasked with a project to showoff your skill set rather than just verbally explain your strong suits.

You can feel the companies culture right away from the interview process. You have a sense that the HR department wants to get to know you and find a way to incorporate your skills, not put you into a set box of qualifications. You can tell they strive to make the best of every candidate.
