What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its an open door policy (so to speak, its remote). Ive never felt worried about asking a question.
Even after moving to a remote workforce, we still truly enjoy collaborating with each other. Jon-Michial our CEO has done a great job of developing a culture of resiliency, candor and innovation.
The CEo ensures that we have an inclusive and comfortable culture. The environment is not stuffy or overly serious.

I feel that the company recognizes that being a health coach is a hard job so they try to do fun things at month end and encourage everyone to get involved.

HR events are always going on. This is the first company that I've worked at that truly cares for all their employees from top to bottom. Again ,the work hard//play hard mentality runs rampant and it is evident throughout the company!
The company does a wonderful job taking care of the employees so the employees can turn around and give a delightful experience to our patients. ChartSpan understands that if you take care of your people, your people will work hard for you.
