It was a great balance of things to learn about the company and how I would fit in.
You have the opportunity to speak with different employees at ChartSpan throughout the interview process. You are typically tasked with a project to showoff your skill set rather than just verbally explain your strong suits.
You can feel the companies culture right away from the interview process. You have a sense that the HR department wants to get to know you and find a way to incorporate your skills, not put you into a set box of qualifications. You can tell they strive to make the best of every candidate.
It was very early in the company's life and I was team interviewed by almost every employee in the company.

Ease of scheduling. Interviews with both HR and direct supervisors. I was able to get an inside look at what I would be doing through the interview process which is always nice before going in.
I was given the opportunity to complete various projects instead of just answering questions.
They asked thoughtful questions, and took the time to give me a tour so I could see what the environment was like.
