The team is truly like a big family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The CEo ensures that we have an inclusive and comfortable culture. The environment is not stuffy or overly serious.
What makes you most happy at work?
being around my coworkers is the best part of my day. The work is fun and challenging. No boring days here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is open to suggestions and very down to earth. HR does a lot of employee engagement so it gives everyone a chance to get to know the other departments and leadership team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The overall salary is very competitive and the insurance is better here than other places I have worked. There are lots of bonus opportunities on the Corporate side. The 401k is not matched, so that would be the only downside.
