The leadership team is exemplary in almost every way. They strive and work each and every day to push our company into the future in innovative ways while maintaining the care and compassion necessary to retain clients and patients.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While I do feel that I should be making more than I currently do, the compensation I receive now is far more than I ever expected to be making at this point in my career. I believe that ChartSpan does an exemplary job in paying people what they are worth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that I am surrounded by people who are working just as hard as I am to grow this fantastic company at an exponential rate. The culture is one of fostering relationships, care, and support. I have nothing negative to say about the culture and environment of ChartSpan.
