I feel that in my department we are overworked and underpaid. The department had historic profits for a company over 100 years old and our budget was cut.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We do work together and help each other however possible.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I feel they need to be more transparent. It would also be helpful to be specific about things. Like salary caps and WFH positions. They also should be more honest about raises and bonus amount.
