The company philosophy is not what is actionable by the company. Meaning they say "You Own Your Own Success" but that is just another way of saying, we will not assist much. Internal movement is difficult and is based on if you know someone kind of thing.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together despite "other's interference" with our bond.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I work at home and I like the variety of cultures that are working at Cielo
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It is ok, and they pat themselves on their back a lot. Could be a lot better, but they are not the worst.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Because they expect a lot of work out of you for a little above what you can make at McDonalds. The clients you work for raise their minimum only to see our employees still working for sub-par. Very disheartening and wrong.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Well first I would need to know what their process is before I could "improve" it. But they are not organized, take a long time to get back to people, and basically leave you in the dark. I have seen this time and time again.
