They encourage positive culture and advocate for/support you.
Open to ideas and communication with the organization
they are down to earth and you can really talk to them.
Their endless commitment to excellence and recognition of hard work.
Leadership really drives home the idea of diversity, inclusion as well as mental wellness. I am asked to take mental health days with pay and if I don't, someone checks on me to make sure that I am taking care of myself.

HMO coverage, paid time offs, bonuses, WFH setup
we have additional leaves (ex: birthday leave, global days away) we have insurance and free dependents on our health cards
Fairly decent insurance policies and 401K
Cielo offers good basic pay
The amount of time off to balance work and life.
We are severely underpaid for the amount of hours and work we put into the job everyday. We don't see a bonus, even while going above and beyond, no merit increases, no promotions or job growth. Cielo does not pay fairly
Review from HR Dept
Compensation is market value but not compete, unwilling to negotiate base rates. Fully remote, provide a computer but no additional spend for home office, internet connection, etc
My compensation is fair. However, I am hoping for a small raise in the future which would allow me to recoup the costs of the higher priced medical benefit plan.
I am paid a lot less than i would be for the same work and responsibilities and tenure somewhere else. I havent gotten a raise (beyond a yearly comp increase which is very small) in 7 years (have worked there for 10).
Well considering the pay of a TAC is very below average of any other company, they could look at raising their minimum at least, the client we serve has done that, but at Cielo we are just supposed to be happy for Days off. Not to sound ungrateful but I feel it is a bit of a smokescreen
Individual team is collaborative, we support each other, and we we understand the difficulty of the role and company
Review from HR Dept
Open-minded with everyone's ideas, encouraging, celebrates every team member's success and supports each member's growth
Always willing to help, very supportive.
Always willing to lend a hand or brainstorm. Very cooperative.
Knowledge and compassion regarding the clients

that everyone treats each and every employee with respect
I think I've already covered this a bit but just the overall sense that I am valued as more than just a number but as a person.
Work life balance is valued and people do really care.
That they responded quickly to your needs
The communication and the culture oriented to people
There is a huge break between executive leadership and middle leadership. The teams are mistreated bordering on abuse.
more diversity within the company
As this is a Talent acquisition company, they have the process down to a science.
Streamlined, fast response time between interviews
you get to talk to the leaders and they don't make you feel like you are just an applicant.
The interview process was different at Cielo. I actually got to meet the direct person that would be my manager as well as people from the team. I was able to get feedback on how their experience and work-life balance was before making a decision. That says to me how confident they are in culture.
That i was very comfortable
Effective communication. Not very good with externals and I have found not very good with the internal process either
Well first I would need to know what their process is before I could "improve" it. But they are not organized, take a long time to get back to people, and basically leave you in the dark. I have seen this time and time again.
While my team is remote, we have a great remote culture.
I am comfortable working even with the Executives. They treat employees equally
Review from HR Dept
Flexibility, freedom, and the opportunity to learn new skills
That they actually value g to heir employees
The development about my skills
