I have worked with the organization for just over a month. Due to negative experiences in the past, I keep waiting for the "other shoe to drop" to speak. But it never does. Absolutely love coming to work every day. Everyone on my team is just really great.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have fun! Yes, we work hard but we play hard too! We like to joke around and make Recruiting as light as possible.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think I've already covered this a bit but just the overall sense that I am valued as more than just a number but as a person.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My compensation is fair. However, I am hoping for a small raise in the future which would allow me to recoup the costs of the higher priced medical benefit plan.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership really drives home the idea of diversity, inclusion as well as mental wellness. I am asked to take mental health days with pay and if I don't, someone checks on me to make sure that I am taking care of myself.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was different at Cielo. I actually got to meet the direct person that would be my manager as well as people from the team. I was able to get feedback on how their experience and work-life balance was before making a decision. That says to me how confident they are in culture.
