I love being part of this company and it's project. I love being part of a team that is supportive and highly professional at the same time. The working conditions and compensations are just added bonuses to all that (and they are pretty good as well).
What makes you most happy at work?
I like what I do, it's always different and I learn a lot everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very international and diverse, all of them very nice and willing to help all the time.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel the leadership team is highly competent. Even when I don't agree with something they do, I see reasons and a plan behind it. I trust their judgement and feel they are doing the best for the company.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's challenging, since we are fast-paced, but at the same time there's a genuine feeling of care and support from the company, not just pressure. We foster this at all levels, which makes it a very positive workplace in general.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the current compensation is well above the norm in my region already, but knowing that the leadership in this company is thinking about increasing it for all of us even without us asking for it and having those long fights... That's just awesome. It shows that they really care about it!
