I've been at Cognitiv for 1.5 years. During my time at the company I have worked with incredibly talented and humble individuals. We work hard but we take time to celebrate wins, big and small. My hard work is always complimented and rewarded which I truly appreciate.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team is always accessible when we need help. They work closely alongside their teams and other teams and always try to be fully transparent with company updates when they can be. They ensure we have time aside from working to bond and enjoy fun activities in house competitions.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I met with several team members over 1-2 weeks. They were respectful of my timeline and giving me time to think over each step. I had a virtual meet and greet with the NYC office before accepting the position so we could all meet and get a feel for the culture.
