Overall, I truly enjoy working at CR. My leadership is great to work with and they really care about me and my colleagues. This makes it very easy to provide my very best for the firm and enjoy my daily work. Beyond that, we have a great work/life balance with the 20 paid holidays and PTO allotment!
What is the best part about your compensation package?
We recently had a market adjustment firm-wide, which was great as we were slightly below market with compensation prior to the adjustment. Now I believe we are even ahead of the compensation curve!
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was rather quick, but the recruiter was very informative and transparent throughout the entire process. This made it much easier on me and aided to me deciding to join CR.
