What do you like best about the leadership team?
Remote opportunities. Great team to work with!
The leadership team is very easy to communicate with and easily approachable. They also take the time to learn your goals and provide ample opportunities for achievement.
They are honest and dedicated.
My direct leadership team is great! They are very progressive in mindset and allow us team members to be involved with most decisions that effect the team.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Holidays & PTO Package are both legit
We recently had a market adjustment firm-wide, which was great as we were slightly below market with compensation prior to the adjustment. Now I believe we are even ahead of the compensation curve!
Above market compensation, with a generous bonus structure for our team. Along with 25 days of PTO and 20 paid holidays, we are provided with a great work/life balance.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Transparency in market studies. It appears studies are across the board, but not driven by industry - where variances exist.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I get to work with people from all offices.
We are a tight knit group, talk daily with each other even though we are all virtual.
My team works hard. They have the want to succeed.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Fast easy process with recruiting team
The interview process was rather quick, but the recruiter was very informative and transparent throughout the entire process. This made it much easier on me and aided to me deciding to join CR.
I am in the TA team here, I will say we have one of the most streamlined interview process in the industry.
