I've been associated with Collabera for over 7 years now and this is the longest in my 13+ years of career that I have stayed with a company, simply because Collabera is the best, I cannot imagine thinking of going anywhere from here in the coming years as well

That they promote an inclusive culture, our voices are heard

That they are almost like an extended family, one of the biggest reasons I feel like working from office despite being given the flexibility to WFH
What did you like most about the interview process?
That the interviewee is made aware of the odds and challenges they might face while working in night shifts and no false promises are made or they're not shown a different picture than reality
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As per the market standards, someone who's been employed for over 13 years, gets paid better I feel. I understand all the factors like cost of living in Vadodara and that when I joined, I came from a different industry though
