What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

I had a specialty 'Niche' type of position which turned out to be both a blessing and a curse. Unable to get proper training. No formalized program available!

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

IT was an every man look out for themselves Type of environment. My teammate had 30 yrs if experience nut refused to help train me properly and she got away with it!!

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The entire company culture should br scrapped, rebranded and re-introduced snd maybe that may help to increase employee morale. Many are unhappy abd just ' going thrust the motions' regarding work responsibilities and tasks!

What did you like most about the interview process?

It was not long and unnecessarily drawn out. There was a HR interview anf then a 2 person panel interview w/ front linr mgmt w/ very basic situational questions being asked then the job offer came next!

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Retention. I worked there for almost 4 years but only had an actual mgr that i reported directly for the 1st 6 mo or so. After that, it was a fend for yourself; Dog eat dog environment that was impossible to grow or thrive within!!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Staying pay was less than the average industry standard for a comparable position elsewhere! Definitely openly pitted against your peer team mates for an annual merit increase; available only IF the company was profitable at years end. No cost if living increases available. Didn't warn your worth!!
