What are some of the best things about your team?
The coordinator is good, the one who arranges setting up where you might be working that day. Co-workers are nice when we have an inservice and I get to meet them.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I have minimal contact directly with the company environment, but they always greet nicely.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Take out taxes from employee checks as part of company ways, and pay equivalent to what other agencies pay.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Re: the question of stock options etc., that isn't a part of my employment, I didn't have that expectation, so that's okay. I feel undervalued because as I hold up my responsibility to the utmost, I come to find out other agencies offering the same job, pay more, even with taxes taken out.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
For the most part you work as the lone person doing your job. So, it's not a team as in being with co-workers in your same field.
