7+ years later and I'm still proud to work here. I started on Enterprise Sales, entry level and moved up the ranks to Director. Seeing our company grow from one office to multiple offices across the globe plus multiple funding rounds has been quite a journey! I'm proud to be a part of it.

I can make as much money as I want to make -- there is no cap!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Autonomy, transparency and trust. The typical start up parks (snacks, coffee, ping-pong, etc are not what drives culture).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Our leadership team does a phenomenal job of caring for CompStak employees across the globe. They are completely transparent and approachable and will hear ideas from entry level employees and interns all the up the chain.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working super hard to close a complex deal that can take months -- but nothing feels better than getting the signed contract -- and hearing great feedback from clients -- it makes all the work, worth it, beyond the comp.
