CompStak tries harder than any company I know to create a kind, caring, & fun culture-all part of our core values. CompStak wants our employees to enjoy being at work & enjoy the work that we do. Once the right people are in place & given the right tools to get the job done, anything is achievable.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are always open to feedback and want to make improvements constantly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited vacation. But I do not take advantage of this perk!

The people at CompStak are awesome. Everyone is supportive and caring of one another.

Everyone genuinely likes each other. Working with people who you enjoy interacting with makes everything run smoothly.

Lots of food all the time. Unlimited vacation is awesome too, though some people take advantage of it.

The leadership team at CompStak is an open book. There is total transparency when it comes to everything from daily expectations to long term company initiatives.

Michael wants everyone to feel comfortable at work. He makes sure we have the amenities of home. It is definitely a relaxed atmosphere but the work still needs to get done.

What makes me the most happy at work is hearing that the work our team perform makes an impact. That impact may be helping make a sale or impressing a current client.
