What did you like most about the interview process?
It was a joke, they are so desperate for workers (because everyone leaves) that if you interview at Rocklea Brisbane you get the job.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Long term workers are knowledgeable and hard working especially shift workers with up to a decade of employment with little recognition or reward.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Experienced management roles instead of the current nepotism that has gained a top heavy structure with managers that have no organisational behaviour skills.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
No effective management skills, organisational behaviour, structure or continuity due to the Qld State manager inability to lead a team. Continual staff turnover on the floor, no stability or guidance.
