Their solution for everything is to consolidate resources and make Research do it. Marking. Tech Support. Sales. Salaries are the same and you're still supposed to somehow meet the same research quota as you had before. Management chosen by favoritism, many have 0 clue about anything in the industry

They are fairly priced and the health benefits are obtainable.

That everyone knows it's all spiraling to chaos. No one is happy.

I liked the side-by-sides with people in your potential position, seeing exactly what you'll be doing (or a small bit of it.)
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Implementing standards that are feasible and actually listen to feedback from all levels of personnel. Strive to be the best provider in the industry because our services are the best and not because we are the advantaged player in a monopoly. You can have a start up mentality without the chaos.
