I am the lowest paid yet produce month over month. Raises are barely cost of livinv increase. Other companies pay a much higher base with better working conditions (aka work from home/hybrid options)

Stop pestering customers, stop falsifying data
Multiple complaints and management doesn't care as long as there is no competition they will always be able to sell. They know no one is in competition with their product, so they do not care.
Honest top down restructure of company's values putting the client and staff first. Listen to your clients and stop harassing them because you hold all the cards. Start treating staff with dignity. Adhering to "high standards," never requires intimidation, bullying or humiliation. Do better.
Monopoly that customers cannnot stand doing business with.
