Competent, but fear and control pervades this company.
I have no respect for the leadership team whatsoever. They've created a highly toxic work environment where they actively bully and humiliate staff with entitled immunity. They terrorize staff with arbitrary metrics and constantly change them with no explanation or plan for implementation.

There is no hope for this company to recover. Employees are no longer willing to put up with the environment and customers who were already disgusted with their services and behavior are now hearinf about it publically.
Less micromanaging, create a better work environment, stop ensuing fear of losing our jobs. Less meetings
Implementing standards that are feasible and actually listen to feedback from all levels of personnel. Strive to be the best provider in the industry because our services are the best and not because we are the advantaged player in a monopoly. You can have a start up mentality without the chaos.

Upper management was terrible. you are either in or out. That can change in a day, even if productivity is amazing.
