Pay is strong. Benefits are good.
Collaborative, collegial, creative and focused on producing winning results for our customers.
They like to remind you of "how much money you make." Lol. Most managers don't have children or mortgages.

That everyone knows it's all spiraling to chaos. No one is happy.
They would want me to say snacks but it's really the teammates that come together and help one another despite a seriously negative and overbearing work culture.

Be simple, have respect, treat employees like humans, and not toxic.
The leaders of the company need to foster change by using less "strong arm tactics" to motivate employees
Bathroom breaks and magazines in bathrooms
The CEO is an absolute menace and should not be leading anyone. He can't comprehend how to behave himself.

Stop pitting employees against one another. Be more appreciate of the great field people which are churning and earning you the big dollars. Stop making everyone feel as if they are disposable.
