Horrible place to work. Constant bullying, micromanaging from supervisors. 1800 of its 4200 staff left last year. Upper management/CEO involved in countless accounts of abuse to staff including CEO brandishing a weapon in a zoom meeting and asking young female employees to go away on his private jet

The starting salary is relatively high.

Almost every person I've worked with over several years have been good an intelligent people.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The recruiters really tell you what you need to know to be successful in the interview.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They would want me to say snacks but it's really the teammates that come together and help one another despite a seriously negative and overbearing work culture.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I have no respect for the leadership team whatsoever. They've created a highly toxic work environment where they actively bully and humiliate staff with entitled immunity. They terrorize staff with arbitrary metrics and constantly change them with no explanation or plan for implementation.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Honest top down restructure of company's values putting the client and staff first. Listen to your clients and stop harassing them because you hold all the cards. Start treating staff with dignity. Adhering to "high standards," never requires intimidation, bullying or humiliation. Do better.
