What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There is no leadership here. Just people walking around hoping that their doctorate or degree will do all the work while they sit and do nothing.
Hire people who know how to do the job, not just people with 2 month old degrees. Place people in the jobs they are skilled at, not the first available job. Hire people with experience, not people who just talk the talk.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay is low, but the expectations are low too. It's no secret where the grant money is going when the owner has expensive cars and boats but the employees are driving rust buckets.
